Mayor Sarno and developer Onyx Partners are providing over $500,000 in free rent and utilities to support the small business tenants of the Eastfield Mall until it closes in July. The site will then be redeveloped into ‘Springfield Crossing,’ a new mixed-use commercial hub intended to bring jobs and economic growth to the area.
